I do not enjoy the company of someone who prides themselves on being better than you.
Especially when they talk about how much work they DIDN’T do.
I promised myself that I wouldn’t do this again.
I am no longer the friend that drops everything to come hang out when YOU have time for me.
Because if I can recall… there were plenty of times I called you to be there for me.
What did you do?
You never showed up. EVEN after telling me that you were coming.
At least have the courtesy to tell me and not leave me hanging.
I don’t even bother you half the time because I know how to give people space.
So nope.
Not this time.
I’m not going to subject myself to being your third wheel. (Even though I’ve done it for you many times.)
I’m not going to leave the comfort of my house just because you used your sad puppy voice.
Friendships don’t work that way.
